Ron Speaker

Foundation CEO

Ron Speaker is an experienced financial professional who was fortunate to be trained in economic analysis by Michael McGoldrick during their time together at Janus Capital. Ron managed multiple mutual funds before forming his own company, Equus Private Wealth, which he ran for 15 years, before becoming the CEO and Founder of the Michael E. McGoldrick Foundation in honor of his dear mentor. Ron manages the foundation's assets and was key to forming the newly created MEM Scholars program.

Cassie Harrelson

Program Manager

Cassie Harrelson is an educational professional with experience working with students and educators as a teacher, instructional leader, and consultant in K–12 settings in Colorado, nationwide, and internationally. Cassie is currently a national educational consultant with ExploreLearning, implementing educational technology to enhance learning in math, science, and STEM classrooms.   Cassie is passionate about supporting individuals in using their strengths to set goals, followed by organizing, facilitating, and communicating a plan for success.

Anabelle McLean

Design & Marketing Manager

Anabelle McLean, a marketing and graphic design professional, led the branding as well as the website design and development for MEM Scholars. Her intent was to craft a user friendly, informative and bright space for students to effectively learn about this inclusive, empowering and transformative scholarship program.
